Both business are profitable if we calculate time-span of season.
In poultry their is hygiene & killing diseases which can ruin whole farm with in days.
Also rush of chickens can make them-self sick automatically.
Self for cheap and you will observe poultry is dirty area if its on commercial level.

Where in dairy, cattle or livestock it's much cleaner sector either local or commercial level.
Strong immune system animals have compare to chickens.
Rush of animal increase community of cattle's.

In dairy, daily profit is earned.
In breeding yearly or after 2 year real profit is earn, when sale for sacrifice on Eid.
