Whew! Choosing an abaya was one of the hardest decisions I ever had to make when I started wearing the abaya. First, there was a formal occasion, a wedding, for which I needed to buy a fancy abaya. Secondly, my modesty-wear closet didn’t have any fancy and bling items. So this shopping spree was different than the rest- you can ask how it was? Well, an abaya is not a normal clothing thing; it’s an Islamic outfit, and I wear this bearing in mind that I’m wearing something in correspondence with my values and virtue.
But back to the topic! So, I needed to buy a fancy abaya, so I had to go through some significant steps. So, I was looking for something unique because now, women adorn Abaya fashion. There are so many different profiles, styles, designs, cuts, adornments, colors, and embellishments tha you’re bound to get confused. Although traditionally, it’s black, now I cannot wear a plain black abaya to a wedding ceremony.
I had little time, so I devised a plan. I researched a lot, and by a lot means A LOT! I saw various world-class fashion designers and labels experimenting with - novel cuts and stitches, vibrant colors, embellishments including crystals, stones, zircon, etc. So, I made a list of what I needed in my fancy abaya.
I knew from the start that I wanted beautifully unique colors, and of course, diamantes are women’s best friends. So with this in mind, I moved to the second stage of buying this abaya- the perfect website. Shopping is now a digital thing like everything else around us- we mostly shop online. Therefore, choosing the right website was essential because I wished to get the perfect fancy abaya on the first hit. But, of course, like everybody else, I didn’t have time to scrounge stores or hundreds of online abaya stores.
Luckily, I stumbled upon a website called , and believe me; my life has been simple since that day. I found the perfect fancy abaya; their and abayas are the best! Next, I ordered their, and bless my heart- it was the best investment I ever made in my abaya collection. I looked regal, and there was no single woman in the event who didn't ask where I got this extraordinary abaya!
The length, the fabric, the sleeve size, color, lace & embroidery, and minimalistic design made it one of the best fancy abaya. I’m pretty satisfied with this because, as I mentioned above, I got the perfect thing on the first hit!
